Every ticket below is a baking recipe the club keeps in its drawer — breads, pies, muffins and cakes, each paired with the sauce, glaze or topping that finishes it. Punch your own card: the club has no dues, no meetings and no pop-ups. Compiled by Amanda Louise Bock, Clyo, Georgia.
The 15 Tickets
01 Classic Sourdough Loaf
Two-day sourdough with a crackling crust — the club's slowest member.
Served with: salted butter, warm from the jar.
02 Buttermilk Biscuits
Ten minutes of folding, twelve minutes of baking — flaky and proud of it.
Served with: honey butter or sausage gravy.
03 Banana Bread
Brown bananas, brown sugar, one spoon of sour cream — the softest loaf in the drawer.
Served with: cream cheese spread.
04 Apple Pie with Lattice
Granny Smiths thickened with cinnamon, woven lattice on top — the club's table centerpiece.
Served with: vanilla bean ice cream.
05 Chocolate Chip Cookies
Brown butter, overnight chill, flaky salt on top — the recipe that gets requested by name.
Served with: a cold glass of milk.
06 Blueberry Muffins
Streusel crown over wild blueberries — breakfast that behaves like dessert.
Served with: lemon glaze or soft butter.
07 Cinnamon Rolls
Overnight rise, cream cheese frosting while warm — the club's festival ticket.
Served with: extra frosting on the side.
08 Rosemary Focaccia
High hydration, dimpled with fingers, olive oil pooled in the dents.
Served with: marinara for dunking.
09 Pumpkin Bread
October in a loaf — warm spices, dark brown sugar, a crumb that stays wet for days.
Served with: maple cream cheese.
10 Lemon Pound Cake
Heavy, golden and soaked in lemon syrup — sliced thick, toasted on the edges.
Served with: macerated berries.
11 Fudgy Brownies
Underbaked by exactly four minutes — the club's proudest trick.
Served with: salt flakes on top.
12 Dinner Rolls
Pillowy, butter-brushed, gone before dinner — make a double batch.
Served with: whipped butter and honey.
13 New York Cheesecake
Dense, tall and water-bathed — the club's only project that takes a full day of patience.
Served with: macerated strawberries or cherry compote.
14 Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
The comeback ticket: chewy, spiced and quietly better than its reputation.
Served with: rum-soaked raisins folded in.
15 Scones with Jam
Tender, barely sweet, split while steaming — the club's polite afternoon.
Served with: strawberry jam and clotted cream.
The Baker's Kit
Every ticket uses the same short list: flour, butter, eggs, sugar and a leavener. The sauces and toppings above are the club's answer to "what do I serve it with" — glue, glaze or gravy, each written in one line. Composition lines are typical builds; kitchens adapt.
